At Chantal Vaulet, we believe in putting our customers first, therefor our return and refund policy is designed to offer you maximum flexibility and peace of mind, ensuring an exceptional experience.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the moment your package is shipped.
Within this period, you can return the item for any reason, no questions asked.
We just want you to be happy!
If you decide to return your purchase, simply make sure it is shipped back to us within this timeframe.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Guidelines
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please ensure your items are unused, unworn, and in original condition, complete with tags. All the original packaging materials should also be included when returning items.
Refund Options
Gift Card Refund
At Chantal Vaulet, your satisfaction is our priority! Therefore, you may keep your purchase and receive a gift card refund equivalent to 25% of your purchase value.
This is not only the fastest option but also helps us reduce our environmental impact. Once processed, your gift card will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days, and it’s valid for 12 months.
Refund to Original Payment Method
If you prefer a refund back to your original payment method, it typically takes 7-10 business days after your return reaches our warehouse. We’ll notify you once the refund has been issued, but please note that it may take up to 3 additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we’ll get in touch with you to find an alternative. We cover the shipping costs for any replacement items.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Our team will assess the situation and work to find the best solution for you.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Personalized, custom-made, engraved, or altered products
- Gift cards
- Earrings
- Final Sale items
- Items that are returned after the 30-day window
- Any items that are returned worn, damaged, or with undisclosed issues will be rejected and discarded.
Non Gold Item Returns
For returns of 925 silver items, no restocking fee will be applied. We will cover the spending of reprocessing, melting, and quality checks
Gold Item Returns
For returns of 10K, 14K, or 18K white or yellow gold items, a 20% restocking fee applies to cover reprocessing, melting, and quality checks.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which depend on your location and the courier you choose.
Customs fees, duties, and taxes on exchanges are also your responsibility. Always keep proof of shipment, as we cannot assist if a return is lost and you cannot provide tracking or proof of delivery.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Since the price of our products includes the shipping fee, your refund will be less than the original purchase amount. We will provide you with all the necessary details when you begin the return process.
Processing Time for Returns
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund is issued. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Lifetime Guarantee Policy
- At Chantal Vaulet, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a Lifetime Guarantee covering craftsmanship defects or breakage under normal use.
Coverage: - This guarantee applies to all products purchased directly from Chantal Vaulet or an authorized retailer.

If your item has a craftsmanship defect or breaks due to normal use, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

Exclusions:
This guarantee does not cover: - Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage or theft.
- Misuse, improper use, or abuse.
- Use of non-Chantal Vaulet products.
- Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or environments, which may alter the product's appearance. These include but are not limited to:
- Liquid silver polish
- Swimming pools
- Jacuzzis
- Sea salt
- Spas
- Showers and baths
- Sleeping with jewelry on.
- Please refer to the cleaning and maintenance instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Chantal Vaulet product. Failure to follow these instructions may be considered misuse, improper use, or abuse.
Additional Terms: - Chantal Vaulet has no obligation to repair, replace, or refund a product until the defective item has been returned to our warehouse.
- A replacement product will inherit the remaining warranty of the original item.
- If a refund is issued, the returned product becomes the property of Chantal Vaulet.
- We reserve the right to refuse a claim if the damage is deemed outside the scope of this guarantee.
- Replacement items may be of equal or greater value if the original is discontinued.
