Standard Delivery Details:

  • Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping!
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 7-12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Important Note: Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons like Valentine’s Day and major holidays.

Important Shipping Considerations

  • The delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by factors such as material availability, order volume, and shipping destination. If you have questions about your order’s expected arrival, our customer support team is happy to assist via our website chat.
  • Due to external factors, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Refunds for shipping delays are not available, as transit times may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control.
  • During promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume.
  • All jewelry is handmade. To ensure that you do not pay too much, the jewelry is made outside of Europe
  • Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Damaged Packages
