Shipping policy

Chantal Vaulet sells made-to-order engagement rings and jewelry internationally. The 18–30 days estimated-arrival window shown on product pages includes production, inspection, and tracked carrier transit.

Last updated: June 24, 2026.

Shipping cost and method

Standard tracked shipping is included in the displayed product price for supported destinations.

The available delivery method, delivery country, currency, and any country-specific checkout notes are shown before payment whenever checkout is available.

Orders ship with a tracked courier such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or another equivalent tracked carrier depending on destination, service availability, and customs requirements.

Order cutoff and handling time

Daily order cutoff is 17:00 Central European Time (CET/CEST) on business days. Orders completed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays are treated as received on the next business day.

Made-to-order jewelry enters production after payment and order details are accepted. Production, inspection, and dispatch timing depend on the selected design, metal, stone, size, engraving, and current order volume.

If a design, address, payment, fraud, customs, or availability check needs manual confirmation, handling starts after the missing information is resolved.

Production and delivery timing

Most Chantal Vaulet pieces are made to order. Production time depends on the design, metal, stone, ring size, engraving, and order volume.

The product page’s 18–30 days estimate is the total time from an accepted order to arrival and already includes production, inspection, dispatch, and tracked shipping. The current calendar-date range is shown before the customer adds the ring to the cart.

The date range is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Peak periods, customs review, carrier disruption, weather, holidays, incomplete addresses, or remote destinations can extend delivery timing.

Tracking and address accuracy

When tracking is available, we send tracking details to the email address used for the order.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us quickly if an address needs correction before dispatch.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For EU deliveries, VAT handling is shown or confirmed before payment where applicable.

For non-EU destinations, import costs, duties, or taxes depend on the destination and the final checkout setup. We show or confirm those details before payment when they apply.

Damaged or missing packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged, email info@chantalvaulet.com within 5 business days with photos of the packaging, the label, and the item.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, contact the carrier first and then contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
