We want every order to feel right. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, and EU withdrawal rights work for Chantal Vaulet orders.
Retourperiode van 30 dagen
Je hebt 30 dagen vanaf de datum waarop je bestelling is bezorgd om een retour aan te vragen. Om in aanmerking te komen, moet het artikel binnen 30 dagen na bezorging door Chantal Vaulet zijn ontvangen, in originele, ongebruikte, ongedragen, onbeschadigde en ongewijzigde staat, met alle originele verpakking, accessoires, certificaten en aankoopbewijs. Retouren die na de termijn van 30 dagen worden ontvangen, worden niet geaccepteerd. Neem zo vroeg mogelijk contact met ons op. Nadat je retour is goedgekeurd, verstrekt Chantal Vaulet het retourlabel en de verzendinstructies die nodig zijn om het pakket binnen de termijn te laten aankomen. Eventuele retourverzendkosten worden bevestigd voordat je het artikel verstuurt.
EU-herroepingsrecht
Wanneer de bestelling naar de Europese Unie wordt verzonden, heb je in principe het recht om binnen 14 dagen zonder reden te annuleren of te retourneren. Het product moet in dezelfde staat zijn als ontvangen. Maatwerk of gepersonaliseerde producten kunnen wettelijk zijn uitgezonderd.
Schade of verkeerde levering
Controleer je bestelling bij ontvangst. Neem direct contact op met foto’s als het product beschadigd, defect of verkeerd geleverd is, zodat wij de situatie kunnen beoordelen en oplossen.
Terugbetaling
Na ontvangst en goedkeuring van de retour betalen wij terug via de oorspronkelijke betaalmethode. Banken en kaartmaatschappijen kunnen extra verwerkingstijd nodig hebben. Neem vóór terugzending contact op via info@chantalvaulet.com.
30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
To qualify for a return, the item must be received by Chantal Vaulet within 30 days of delivery, in its original, unused, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging, accessories, certificates, and proof of purchase.
Returns received after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
Contact us as early as possible. After your return is approved, Chantal Vaulet will provide the return label and shipping instructions needed for the parcel to arrive within the deadline. Any applicable return-shipping charge will be confirmed before you send the item.

Do not send returns, warranty items, or legal notices without written instructions from support, because some orders require destination-specific return references, customs wording, or inspection steps.
European Union withdrawal right
If your order is shipped to a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
The 14-day period normally starts when you or a person named by you receives the goods.
Custom-made or personalized goods may be excluded from withdrawal rights where applicable consumer law allows that exclusion.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, email info@chantalvaulet.com as soon as possible with photos and your order number.
We will review the issue and offer the appropriate repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy required by law and this policy.
Refund timing and method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree another lawful method with you.
After a return is received and inspected, refunds usually take 7-10 business days to be processed by us. Banks, card issuers, PayPal, or other payment providers may need extra time to post the funds.
Original shipping upgrades, customs costs, or return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless a refund is required by law or caused by our error.
