Review the design direction
When CAD is needed, you can review proportions, stone placement, and structure before the piece moves into production.
Made-to-order engagement rings
Start from a Chantal Vaulet design, choose the stone, gold, carat, ring size, and important personal details, then request a quote before the ring is made for you.

Chantal Vaulet is built around made-to-order engagement rings rather than bulk stock. You choose the ring you love, then confirm the stone type, carat, gold, size, and any details that need personal review before production starts.
This is not a full browser-based ring builder yet. It is a personal quote path for adapting an existing Chantal Vaulet design or asking whether a specific engagement-ring detail is possible.
Rings are manufactured in China to the approved design and order specification. Chantal Vaulet is legally operated from Kraków, Poland, where customer support and commercial oversight are based.
Made-to-order process
For adjusted or fully custom requests, the work moves from design review into goldsmith production only after the details are clear.
When CAD is needed, you can review proportions, stone placement, and structure before the piece moves into production.
The ring is made after the quote and required design details are confirmed, with careful bench work and stone setting.
The finished ring is checked for fit, finish, and stone security before it is packaged and shipped from Europe.
Made-to-order journey
The easiest path is to begin with an existing Chantal Vaulet ring and tell us what you want to confirm or adjust. If you have inspiration images or a sketch, include them so the request can be reviewed accurately.
Send the product link, inspiration image, or short description of the ring you have in mind.
Tell us the stone type, carat, metal, ring size, budget range, and any detail that should be checked.
We review whether the request fits the design, then reply with practical guidance, timing notes, and a quote.
Production starts only after the order details are confirmed and paid. CAD review is added when the design needs it.
The finished ring is inspected, packed in a gift box, and shipped with tracking from Europe.
Customization scope
Most made-to-order requests are about turning a catalog design into the right personal version. Fully original designs can be reviewed by quote, but they are not instant checkout products.
| Detail | What to send |
|---|---|
| Stone type | Moissanite or lab-grown diamond, preferred shape, carat, and quality expectations. |
| Gold and size | 14K or 18K gold where available, ring size, and any comfort notes. |
| Design notes | Engraving, small setting changes, band width notes, or matching-band questions. |
| Original ideas | Sketches or inspiration images if you want a ring reviewed outside the catalog. |
Timing and support
Standard made-to-order engagement rings usually show an estimated arrival window on the product page. More complex custom requests can take longer because stone sourcing, CAD review, engraving, or structural checks may be needed.
If a change affects timing or price, we confirm it before production moves forward. The usual customer-support, warranty, shipping, and return information remains available on the policy pages linked in the footer.
Details
Choose a solitaire, halo, three-stone, vintage-inspired, or minimalist ring from the catalog as your starting point.
Request moissanite or lab-grown diamond, then confirm the carat, shape, clarity notes, and price expectations.
Select 14K or 18K gold where available, share the ring size, and ask about comfort or proportion details.
Ask about engraving, small setting adjustments, matching wedding band considerations, or a fully custom quote.

Often yes, but it must be reviewed as a quote request. Send the image or sketch with your preferred stone, metal, size, and budget range.
Not yet. This page explains the personal quote path for made-to-order engagement rings and custom checks before purchase.
It can. Simple catalog choices follow the product estimate, while CAD work, engraving, unusual stones, or structural changes can add time.
