Questions

Common questions

Are Chantal Vaulet rings finished and in stock?

No finished inventory is implied. “In stock — made to order” means the selected design can be produced after an accepted order. The 18–30 days estimate shown on each product page includes production, inspection, dispatch, and tracked transit; the calendar-date range is visible before adding the ring to the cart.

Is shipping included, and what about duties or taxes?

Standard tracked shipping is included in the displayed product price for supported destinations. For EU orders, applicable VAT handling is shown or confirmed before payment. For non-EU destinations, import duties or taxes depend on the country and are shown or confirmed before payment when they apply.

Can I choose moissanite or a lab-grown diamond?

Many Chantal Vaulet designs offer both. Moissanite emphasizes fire, hardness, and visible size for the price. A lab-grown diamond has diamond identity and comes with its corresponding IGI grading report. The product selector shows which stone choices are available for each ring.

What certificate is included with the ring?

A lab-grown diamond ring includes the corresponding IGI grading report. A moissanite ring includes the certificate supplied for that individual stone, confirming its moissanite identity and specifications; the issuing organization is identified on the actual certificate and may vary by stone.

How should I choose a ring size?

Measure more than once and compare the US, UK, EU, and millimeter chart before ordering. If you are unsure, ask before checkout.

Can I request a change to an existing design?

Yes. Send the product link together with the preferred stone, carat, gold, ring size, delivery country, and design notes. A small compatible change may be quoted directly; CAD work, engraving, an unusual stone, or a structural change can add time and is confirmed before production.

What is the return window for a made-to-order ring?

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. The item must also reach Chantal Vaulet within that 30-day period, unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and complete with its certificate, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. After approval, Chantal Vaulet provides the return label and confirms any applicable return-shipping charge. EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded where applicable law permits. Whether a catalogue configuration qualifies must be confirmed from the actual product choices and applicable law; the storefront label “made to order” is not, by itself, the legal analysis.

Which payment methods and currencies are available?

Checkout shows the currency and payment methods available for the delivery country before payment is submitted. Eligible orders can use the card, wallet, PayPal, instalment, or local methods that checkout actually displays for that country, currency, device, and order.
