Yes. Send the product link together with the preferred stone, carat, gold, ring size, delivery country, and design notes. A small compatible change may be quoted directly; CAD work, engraving, an unusual stone, or a structural change can add time and is confirmed before production.

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. The item must also reach Chantal Vaulet within that 30-day period, unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and complete with its certificate, packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. After approval, Chantal Vaulet provides the return label and confirms any applicable return-shipping charge. EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized may be excluded where applicable law permits. Whether a catalogue configuration qualifies must be confirmed from the actual product choices and applicable law; the storefront label “made to order” is not, by itself, the legal analysis.
