Payment policy

This page explains how payments are handled for Chantal Vaulet orders and which payment details are shown before you complete checkout.

Last updated: June 24, 2026.

Accepted payment methods

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and can vary by country, currency, device, payment provider, and order eligibility.

The site supports secure card and wallet payments through Stripe where available, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local methods shown at checkout.

PayPal may be available for eligible orders. Other local or installment methods such as Klarna, BLIK, Bancontact, iDEAL/Wero, Maestro, or UnionPay may appear only where supported.

Payment providers, authorization, and fees

Stripe and PayPal are the primary payment processors used for eligible online orders. The exact processor and method are shown before payment is submitted.

Chantal Vaulet does not add hidden payment-method fees at checkout. Your bank, card issuer, wallet, PayPal, or currency provider may apply exchange-rate, cross-border, or account fees outside our control.

Some payment methods may require 3-D Secure, wallet authentication, PayPal login, payment-provider risk checks, or local bank authorization before the order can be accepted.

Currency and total price

Prices are shown in the currency available for the selected delivery country where possible.

Before payment, checkout shows the order total, shipping treatment, tax or import notes where applicable, and the payment methods available for that order.

Payment security

Payment details are processed by secure payment providers. Chantal Vaulet does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

Payment providers may run fraud-prevention, authentication, and compliance checks before accepting or rejecting a payment.

Failed, cancelled, or duplicate payments

If checkout fails, is cancelled, or appears duplicated, contact info@chantalvaulet.com with the payment email, amount, currency, and any provider reference you received.

If a payment is captured for an order that cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will cancel, refund, or contact you for the next step as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed.

Payment providers and banks can take additional processing time after we issue a refund.
