Warranty

We review and repair or replace jewelry with a confirmed manufacturing or craftsmanship defect.

Coverage applies for the lifetime of the original purchaser while they own the item and is non-transferable. It covers defects in workmanship under normal use and care. The remedy depends on the item, the defect, product availability, and applicable law.

Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, bent bands, worn prongs, lost stones caused by impact or wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, theft, loss, and third-party repair or resizing are not covered by the craftsmanship warranty.

Gemstones and settings should be checked regularly. Fine jewelry can need maintenance over time, especially rings worn every day.

Nothing in this warranty removes legal guarantees, statutory conformity rights, or other consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to your purchase.

Email info@chantalvaulet.com with your order number, photos or video of the issue, a short description, and the date you first noticed the problem.

Please do not send an item back before we confirm the return or inspection instructions.
